As the premier provider of senior placement services and a Better Business Bureau (BBB) accredited business, Assisted Transition of Greater Cincinnati & Northern Kentucky’s goal is to locate and provide the best personalized and customized placement services and resources for senior citizens who are in search of senior living and other care options. The best part – it’s at “NO COST TO OUR CLIENTS.” We accomplish this by providing referrals to:
- Independent Living Communities
- Assisted Living Communities
- Continuing Care Retirement Communities (CCRCs)
- Memory Care
- Skilled Nursing Homes
- Residential Care Homes
- Home Care Services
We actively partner with senior organizations, case workers, social workers, discharge planners, senior housing communities, and many other individuals and organizations in the senior care industry to help them find the best care options for their clients.
Working side-by-side with our clients and their families throughout the entire process, we make each placement a personal one. We listen to our clients and help access their housing and other important needs. That includes escorting our clients on private tours of the communities that meet their personal, financial and geographic preferences. We do the research. We do our homework. Not our clients. That’s what makes our services special and unique: The “Personal Touch” we provide. As experienced Senior Care Advisors, we are well versed in understanding the senior housing and healthcare continuum. We continue to learn how we can best support our clients and their families.
We are a local minded network of senior living resources committed to setting a new standard for senior placement by our personal, individualized, professional service.
We are committed to become leaders in the senior care industry by being your professional and trusted advisor, by providing valuable resources, and best in class customer service to seniors and their families.
